Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General

We offer a 365-day return policy for unopened products, so you can shop with confidence. You have up to 365 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

 

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@suppply.nl. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.


Please don’t send any items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

If the product has been opened, we’ll still ask you to reach out. While opened items don’t qualify for a standard return, we’ll see what we can do to help — our goal is to make things right.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason, and without needing to provide a justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

 

In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
