Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gemthemes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above €60 within the Netherlands and above €120 in the rest of Europe.  

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process if it takes a bit longer than usual.

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are €6,95 within the Netherlands below an order of €60. Shipping costs are €12,95 within Europe below an order of €120.
